Please review our return policy before submitting your return request.
*Disclaimer: This return policy only applies to orders that were placed through our website (https://zifan.shop). If your item was purchased at a retailer store, the return must be handled with the retailer.
**All items purchased during our Black Friday sale that happened between 11/22-12/3 is final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- You can request a return for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
- Please note that all items purchased during a sale are FINAL and not eligible for return.
- All items must be in new, unused condition with the original tags attached (this includes the ribbon and cardboard wrapping that comes around the quilts, throw blankets and mama robes and/or the tie and hangtags for clothing/towels/accessories).
- The original shipping fee on an order is non-refundable.
- REDO Free Returns & Package Protection fee is non-refundable.
Return/Exchange Fees:
- If REDO was purchased with your order, the cost of the label to return your item is free.
- If you did not purchase REDO, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- If you request to make an exchange, you are are responsible for the shipping cost of the NEW exchange item regardless of if REDO was purchased or not.
Shipping Label Expiration: Once a return request is submitted, the return label will expire 21 days from the date the label was created. All returns will be invalid and voided after this time period, resulting in your items now being ineligible for return.

Once the return is received, it may take up to 14 business days to process the return. If it has been more than 14 business days since the return delivery date, please contact us at [email protected].
